Learning to Ask for Help

When was the last time you asked for help? Why, and from whom?

Recently, I’ve noticed that many families who reach out to my clinic share one common thread: high levels of stress and anxiety.
That first phone call is often the family’s very first step toward seeking help. Too often, we wait until a crisis  when we feel overwhelmed, drained, and unable to find solutions. And here’s the question: is it easier for us to seek help for our children, or for ourselves? If we struggle to ask for help, how can we expect our children to learn?Therapy doesn’t need to begin in crisis. Preventive care is just as important: a safe place to recharge, reflect, and gain new perspectives without judgment. I invite you to my clinic — to talk, release tension, and grow.
