About Me

For as long as I can remember, creativity and people have always gone hand in hand in my life.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Art Therapy and a Master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy with a expressive therapies (both from Lesley University in the U.S.),
I set out on a meaningful professional journey centered on connection, healing, and the power of art.
I spent several years living in Boston, where I worked in diverse settings – from adult day centers, to supporting young children and their families, and later in psychiatric departments for adolescents dealing with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and addictions.
Eventually, I returned to Israel with my husband and two children, and today we live in Tzoran, which is also the home base of my private practice.
Over the years I have worked with many different populations – at-risk youth, children receiving home care, students in ASD classrooms, as well as parents seeking guidance and tools.

Today, in my private clinic, I support children, adolescents, and adults on a wide range of issues: body image, self-esteem, ADHD, anxiety, anger outbursts, social communication difficulties, life crises, and more.

My Approach as a Therapist

I believe the therapeutic encounter is a safe space where you can bring your true self  without masks, without the need to impress.
Through art, conversation, and additional tools, we create together a space that allows for a meaningful process at any age and with any challenge. The therapy room is always a safe, non-judgmental environment.
